{Sent this out once but it got bounced, perhaps because I used the new ".org" address instead of the old ".com" address?] I heard on the news this morning that people with high blood pressure are more prone to memory lapses, which undoubtably explains why I can't remember: What track is it that has a (sampled?) vocal that goes (something like): "If you'd've gone up / like you came down / you could've come down / like you went up."
